Simulation of Water Quality Modelling of The Open Sea By Integrating MuQual3D and SINTEF Dream to Preserve The Environment of The Ocean

Abstract.

Exploration and exploitation activities of the oil and gas is done by human. Because of people’s activities – such as taking a bath and housework – produce waste water. This kind of waste water, namely Domestic Waste Water, has to be controlled not to exceed certain number, ruled by law. Besides, the paper also calculates Produced Waste Water yielded by the exploration process. Therefore, this paper analyzes distribution of the water quality resulted by the waste water, done by scientific approach. MuQual3D and SINTEF Dream, futhermore, two of the well-known software calculating the distribution of the water quality modelling, will be compared. The results, finally, will be briefly explained at the last chapter.
